Smart Communications Expands Marketing Leadership with Appointment of Samantha Couzens as Vice President of Global Demand Generation

Couzens will Strategically Increase Demand for the Customer Conversations Management Platform

London and New York – August 6, 2020 – Smart CommunicationsTM, the only provider of a customer conversations management platform, today announced the addition of Samantha Couzens as Vice President of Global Demand Generation.  In this role, Couzens will lead a team focused on developing programs designed to generate demand for the company’s robust platform of products across all regions.

Couzens joins Smart Communications from Quadient where she spent six years leading brand awareness, demand generation and pipeline generation. She has two decades of marketing leadership experience and, prior to Quadient, served as Director of Marketing for Adcap Network Systems.
